the room was clean the kitchenette area was a great amenity to have. there were hair straighteners and a yoga mat with mat spray provided. all the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
sometimes it smelled and the bed was not great. the coffee maker doesnt get it hot enough and the coffee tasted pretty awful.

the location IS perfect AS many restaurants ARE within WALKING distance.
i found the poached eggs at breakfast WERE not drained PROPERLY. they made THE toast A soggy mess. the STAFF did not replenish empty dishes, and guests WERE angry.

I found the staff quite friendly and accommodating. They quickly resolved a minor issue with my reservation. the breakfasts were amazing. A great variety of fresh options were available. i especially loved the modern design of the room. the available yoga mat was an unexpected perk that i used.
The on-site parking was somewhat limited and filled up quickly. It meant i had to look for street parking. i feel the hotel should address the issue.

The hotel is near hagley park and the botanical gardens. i easily walked to both. The walks were pleasant. several nearby dining options were also convenient.

A free laundry service was a bonus. I was able to wash clothes easily. i found the gym well equipped. It had several treadmills. it was so useful. the room included a hair straightener, very practical.

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent array of choices. it included both hot and cold items. Everything was well prepared. the available restaurant provides a convenient option for dinner, but the breakfast was a real highlight
